Child Safety Standards

An adults-only platform

OrdinaryMonday is exclusively for adults. Registration requires a date of birth and is refused for anyone under 18. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed. This is a deliberate, structural safety decision: our platform is not designed for, marketed to, or open to children.

Prohibited content and conduct

The following are prohibited by our Terms and Conditions and result in immediate content removal and account termination:

• Any content that sexualizes, sexually depicts, or exploits a minor (CSAM)
• Grooming, sextortion, or the solicitation of minors in any form
• Content that facilitates, promotes, or normalizes the sexual exploitation of children
• Attempts by minors to access the platform

In-app reporting

Every post and reply can be reported directly in the app via the post menu (“Report post”). Reports are queued for human review by our moderation team. Users can additionally block other users, which removes all interaction between the two accounts in both directions.

Moderation and enforcement

Reported content is reviewed promptly. Where our review confirms a violation of these standards, we remove the content, terminate the responsible account, and preserve the evidence as required by law.

Reporting to authorities

Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the responsible national law enforcement agencies in the affected jurisdictions. We comply with applicable child safety laws in every region where OrdinaryMonday operates and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
